The original house was built in the 1980s. Keeping its solid foundation it was stripped bare,replaced with new windows and Lift and Slide Doors , the roof of the Great room was extended up to 22ft , and an entirely new kitchen placed with opening up the space so the entire house could make full use of the phenomenal view of the Georgian bay
